Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip


  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken or more per taste
  • 2 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • celery and/or chips for serving


  • Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then mix in buffalo sauce.
  • Stir in chicken and blue cheese until well mixed.
  • Serve as a dip with celery or chips, or fill celery with dip and serve as individual appetizers.
