[ad] One Dish Chicken and Orzo Salad


  • 22 oz package of Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup of Wish-bone Italian Dressing
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 2 stalks of celery diced
  • 1 1/2 cups dry orzo prepared according to package directions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese


  • Combine orzo and diced vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Prepare the chicken breast strips according to package directions, then cut them into bite sized pieces. Mix into the orzo and vegetables.
  • Stir in the Italian dressing, add in the amount to give the flavor you want up to 1 cup.
  • Finally stir in the cheese and refrigerate for at least a half hour.
