Combine the cream cheese and yogurt in stand mixer at low to medium speed until smooth.
Fill all six of the Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts with the cream cheese mixture.
Add a small spoonful of applesauce and a small drizzle of caramel sauce to the top of each mini pie. Gently fold into the filling.
Top with Reddi-wip®, then an additional garnish of caramel sauce drizzle and crushed nuts on top.
