Simple Mini Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecakes


  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 containers Light & Fit® Caramel Apple Pie Yogurt
  • Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust 6 count
  • 1 individual container applesauce
  • Caramel sauce for drizzle
  • Reddi-wip®
  • Crushed nut topping for garnish


  • Combine the cream cheese and yogurt in stand mixer at low to medium speed until smooth.
  • Fill all six of the Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add a small spoonful of applesauce and a small drizzle of caramel sauce to the top of each mini pie. Gently fold into the filling.
  • Top with Reddi-wip®, then an additional garnish of caramel sauce drizzle and crushed nuts on top.
