The Best Salted Caramel Sauce Recipe Ever


  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Heat the sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat stirring constantly until it melts into a caramel colored liquid.
  • Add butter and keep stirring constantly until it melts.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream stirring constantly.
  • Boil mixture for one minute stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sea salt.
  • Cool down a bit before using.
  • Serve over your favorite ice cream or dessert. Enjoy!
