Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Dip is my new favorite dip! It has all the flavor of buffalo wings and it’s easy to make. Mocha Cheesecake Dip
My husband and I have learned over the years that we have a lot in common. We also have a lot of interests that aren’t exactly the same, but close enough we can enjoy them together. One of those similar but not quite the same interests is coffee. We both agree coffee is a brilliant way to start the day, get us through our afternoon slump, and even enjoy as an after dinner treat. Ok, really, for us, there isn’t a wrong time of day to enjoy coffee.
The part where we differ in our opinions is the best way to enjoy coffee. He’s all about a hot cup of coffee, even on a scorching summer day. I’m all about the iced coffee. Perfect to cool down on a hot summer day, or to sweeten my middle of winter day.
Our love for coffee could get expensive if we took the time to hit up a coffee shop everyday, multiple times a day. Luckily we don’t have to. My husband is on his own for his hot cuppa joe. He’s okay with that, I’ve made it easy on him. He has a coffee pot, a French Press, and a tea kettle to make instant coffee.
I made things even easier for myself too.

Traditional pico de gallo will have tomatoes, white onions, peppers (usually serrano or jalapenos),…
Baked Mozzarella Sticks with Cranberry BBQ Sauce
Lately I’ve been on a bit of a personal mission to revamp some of my favorite foods to fit better into the healthier lifestyle I’ve been working to create for myself. There are many recipes in my recipe box that could use a facelift, especially with the holidays charging at me full speed, and with all the potlucks and cookie swaps in my future I’m going to do my best to keep some control in the foods I’m preparing at home.
I was perusing the aisles at Walmart the other day and ran into a couple Weight Watchers® demo stands. The samples I tried were fantastic! I was loving the information I found on the nutrition labels and it gave me the bright idea to use Weight Watchers products to help me revamp some of my favorite recipes.
