Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post,
I received a sample of the product for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
Trying to get my life, my business, my kids schedules, my hobbies, and my outside obligations organized while working around a military schedule isn’t easy. I’ve tried everything from basic to do lists to bullet journals. Some things work better than others, yet I still find myself keeping things in my head more than I probably should.
I’ve used day planners in the past, however the majority of the sections are left blank and they never seem to keep my attention. I just need something to keep me coming back, but I’ve never known what that something was, until now.
Today I’m reviewing the Always Believe in Yourself planner, and I’m glad I agreed to this one. It’s simple, yet useful and is keeping my interest! It’s a regular day planner, but it’s more than that. Let me give you a little more information to clarify what I’m saying and what I really like about this planner.

Why am I reviewing the Always Believe in Yourself Planner?
I’ve become more selective in the products I decide to review. I was contacted by Tools4Wisdom and asked to review this planner. I took a look at it and realized this would be a great product that not only works well with the focus of Living a Sunshine Life, but I thought it might be a planner you might be interested in.
The cover design plus the goal planning sections of this planner are the biggest players in my decision to review this planner for you.
Who is this Planner for?
The Always Believe in Yourself planner is perfect for anyone who is looking for an easy to use planner with goal setting and tracking. If you’re looking to organize your schedule while keeping track of business or life goals this planner will work well for you.
My first impression of the Always Believe in Yourself planner.
When I first opened the package that had the Always Believe in Yourself planner I was first of all surprised by the size of the planner. It’s bigger than I expected, approximately the size of a regular spiral bound notebook. I don’t know why I was expecting a smaller planner, but I was. Had I paid attention to the product dimensions on the Amazon listing I would have realized the size. This was a pleasant surprise for me because I like bigger planners to accommodate the details I write in.
The next thing I noticed was the packaging. Not only was it packaged well in the Amazon packaging, but it also came plastic wrapped. This let me know I was the first owner and there was additional care taken that the planner wouldn’t be damaged in transit. The plastic keeps the planner from flipping open and bending pages.
After I removed the plastic I had a chance to fully appreciate the cover of the planner. I have the hardcover edition and it’s not just a cardboard cover. It has a bit of padding giving it some additional give and a bit of extra quality. I can tell it’s a cover that will hold up to daily use. The image on the cover is clear and smooth. The spiral binding is even, unbent and the pages easily move over it as you open it and turn pages.
Planner Content
The inside front cover has a yearly at a glance calendar for 2017, and the back inside cover has a folder pocket. I love the creative use of space to make the most of the planner.
Throughout the planner you’ll find big, easy to read, easy to navigate tabs to get you to the place you want to be quickly.
Each month contains daily, weekly and monthly overviews, goal planning pages, and priority setting sections.
Finally, I paid close attention to the goal planning pages. The planner has a lot more to offer than just a quick what’s the goal for this month. It helps you explore why you setting the goal you’re setting, as well as creating action steps to make it happen. Throughout the month there are places for you to write in weekly goals so you can address the progress of the action steps. Toward the back of the planner there are several pages for you to write notes and reflections as well as additional space for action step brainstorming.
Along with the goal planning, at the beginning of the planner they offer a 20-20 habit challenge as well as helpful tips for planning related to the choices we make. The 20-20 challenge will also give you the steps you need to create a life based on purpose driven planning. Twenty days committed to the challenge. I haven’t completed it yet, but I plan on giving it a go in the new year!
Pros of the Always Believe in Yourself Planner
- Yearly, daily and monthly planner.
- 20-20 Habit Challenge, 20 days
- Daily choices tips
- Goal planning pages
- Priority list pages
- Notes/reflections pages
- Folder pocket for storage
- Clear, easy to read fonts
- Ample space for writing in your details
Cons of the Always Believe in Yourself Planner
- The planner isn’t customizable regarding removing or adding additional pages.
- Personally I like the size of this planner, but the large size isn’t for everyone. If you’re a fan of a more compact planner then size will be a con (if you like the larger planners then this is a pro)
Conclusion
Overall I highly recommend the Always Believe in Yourself planner, especially if you are looking for something that will help you with goal planning and prioritizing. It has a fun design, and while I reviewed the Always Believe in Yourself cover, there are several different designs to choose.
